Shipping Options
There are two ways for the delivery of the heavy goods. The first one is to get delivered the pallet or pallets to your closest freight depot and you can collect it/them from there. The product/s will be forklifted to your ute or your trailer, or we can arrange the goods to be delivered at the front of your house with an appropriate access it can be temporary placed in your garage. The delivery usually happen with a tail-gate truck and the driver can move the pallet with the help of a pallet jack.
Also, we have a range of partnerships with crane-truck companies. This is a very useful solutions for houses that their backyards connect with a street. These cranes can pass the pallet/s over the fence and place it in a safe position. This may require to take a few photos and share with us along with some measuments. Shipping Rates
Every page includes a calculator before you purchase a product to give you as accurate as possible the shipping charges and an option for express shipping where possible. If you have questions about rates, or something doesn't seem right please call us as we can use alternate quotation systems. We always use different ways to bring you as close as possible our products to you.
Handling Time
We currently ship 80% of all in-stock items placed before 3.00pm on the same day. Where this is not achieved, they will be dispatched the following day as it’s the first thing in the next morning. If it can't be dispatched in this time frame, we will contact you via email or phone call within 12 hours of receiving your order.
Transit Time
All items are dispatched from our warehouse at 10 Sierra Circuit(Cct), Pakenham, VIC, 3810. Shipping timeframes will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout, however, we offer the following timeframes as a guide for NON-EXPRESS services. Express services may be available depending on which products you order and will on most occasions be quicker.
Melbourne Metro: 2-4 working days
Camberra Metro: 3-4 working days
Sydney/Adelaide Metro: 4-7 working days
Brisbane Metro: 5-7 working days
Perth Metro / Tasmania: 8-10 working days
Darwin Metro: 10-12 working days
If you are outside a metropolitan area, please allow an additional 3-4 working days from your nearest capital city.

International Shipping, Customs Duties, and Taxes
The shipping cost covers only the cost from our dispatched centre to the place that you will tell us. Any additional charges like custom duties, additional taxes or any other extra fees have to be covered by the customer.
Damage during transportation
Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours after the delivery. If this timeframe pass, we do not accept your claims for return. The report must be followed by images for assessment.
The good/s must be with the original packaging.
Damaged or faulty product/s will be replaced or credited with the same amount and must be returned to our premises for assessment. Once we received your item we will notify you within 24 hours.
Replacement items can only be delivered to our warehouse by the purchasers.
