Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 10 business days. After these days, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your product/s must be unused and in original pallet and in the condition that you received it. Please be in touch with us in any case.

 

Change of Mind

Change of Mind claim can be only be accepted if:

1)the product/s is/are NOT as per the photo/s or the description of the product/s or as per the sample.

2)It is uninstalled, unused, and unopened and with the original packaging.

3)You have present the original receipt.

If any of the above are not meet the requirements, we, as ETHERMALL PTY LTD, have the right to not accept an exchange product or a full refund.

No refund will be given on free items or bonus items.
